You'll get introduced to your teacher and she will help you find your spot at the barre or on a bike.

And you know those days you just need to be mindful and stretch, flow, relax and meditate? This class is for you. The room is warm and the lights are low. This class is one of our favorite ways to end a busy week.
Here we combined a little of everything and make it all a little extra. Barre + strength + lots of sweat + so much fun. This full-body class will lift your seat + your spirit! Don't say we didn't warn you - you'll be sore for about two days after this class!
This isn't the cycle of old - this is a body-pumping, beat-dropping, dance on the bike cardio experience. We use weights, we go fast, and we leave nothing on the bike. Come to fly.
You'll sweat and smile and shake and burn. This class is a structured interval training format and keeps the body burning long after class. All fitness levels are welcome but this class moves fast!
Inspired by ballet conditioning and blending yoga flow with the poise of pilates. Come for energetic movements, killer playlists and burning muscles. The results are real and this class is good for all fitness levels.
Our barre classes move fast, and they're so fun. But sometimes we need to slow down before we can speed up. In foundations, we slow down and spend more time getting deeper into exercises to perfect our form and alignment.
This is group class with heavier weights and our signature focus on alignment. This is a full-body class will challenge and uplift you. Strength training for real life with real results.
